(PUEBLO, Colo.) — The Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) said two adults were arrested and charges are pending for two minors in connection with a burglary in southwest Pueblo County on Tuesday, Sept. 9.
According to PCSO, on Tuesday at around 10 p.m., deputies were called to the 6000 block of Burnt Mill Road south of Pueblo on a report of several people trespassing on the property. When deputies arrived, they saw flashlights in the distance and could hear people talking and rummaging through items.
Deputies, including one with a K9, announced their presence and instructed the four people to get on the ground and show their hands. Only one person, identified as 27-year-old Kevin Pullella, complied with the order. Three other people ran away as deputies announced they would be deploying K9 Zeus.

According to PCSO, Zeus successfully apprehended a woman, identified as 24-year-old Gianna Bilardo, while deputies apprehended two 17-year-olds.
During the preliminary investigation, deputies found a van with the engine still running on the property. PCSO said the van contained several stolen items, including a motorcycle. Deputies also found four children, ages 6, 4, 3, and 1, sleeping unattended in the vehicle amongst the stolen items, trash, and other debris.
Deputies arrested Pullella and Bilardo each for second-degree burglary, possession of burglary tools, second-degree trespass, theft, child abuse, and motor vehicle theft. According to PCSO, Pullella and Bilardo each had a prior arrest for child abuse in 2024.
The two teenagers were released to their parents, with charges being forwarded to the 10th Judicial District Attorney’s office. The four children were released to a family friend.
