(PUEBLO, Colo.) — The Sacred Bean, a beloved coffee shop in Pueblo, has become a local favorite thanks to its unique latte art and community involvement.
Owned by Vicy and Daniel Stone, the coffee shop is known for its beautiful latte art and coffee made with beans from local roasters, fresh baked pastries, and award-winning brunch.
“I do a rainbow Phoenix and it looks just like a swan with two wings, but that one’s my favorite,” said Vicy.
Vicy’s journey with the Sacred Bean is a full-circle moment, as she started her career in the same building as a teenager, working as a barista.
“It was so cool to put my own touch on things,” Vicy said, reflecting on her experience.
The couple’s journey took a turn when COVID hit, prompting them to turn their VW bus into a coffee shop, which was met with immediate success.
“It was my chance to leave the corporate world and, you know, take care of the family,” Daniel said about the transition.
When the coffee shop where Vicy first worked went on the market, it seemed like a perfect opportunity for the Stones to continue their passion for coffee.
“So it just kind of fell in our laps and it was a perfect full-circle thing that happened,” Vicy explained.
The Sacred Bean now stands as a testament to the Stones’ dedication, showcasing the love they put into each cup for the community that supports them.
