(MANITOU SPRINGS, Colo.) — Sophomore Elie Bourgeois scored a pair of quick goals to spur on sixth seeded Manitou Springs girls soccer (12-2-2) to a dominant 9-0 shutout over 27-seed Rocky Mountain Prep SMART (9-6-1) in the CHSAA Class 3A first round on Thursday night.
The Mustangs advance to host 11th seed Timnath at 1 p.m. on Saturday afternoon.
