Jeffco Public Schools, other districts closed or changing schedules Wednesday amid possible power shutoffs

Xcel said the shutoffs are likely to begin around 10 a.m., and could impact about 52,000 customers in Boulder, Clear Creek, Jefferson, Larimer and Weld counties.
