(COLORADO SPRINGS) — A woman has been arrested for allegedly trying to get into people’s homes while impersonating a Colorado Springs Police officer, and for assaulting an officer after her arrest.
According to the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD), officers responded on Wednesday, June 25 to the 1400 block of Bowser Drive, near Palmer Park and North Academy Boulevards, on a report of a woman who was trying to get inside a victim’s home while claiming to be a police officer.
CSPD said officers arrived and made contact with a woman, identified as Adrianna Wallmueller, who was then taken into custody.

CSPD said while in custody, Wallmueller allegedly assaulted an officer. The officer suffered minor injuries in the attack.
Wallmueller has been charged with impersonating a police officer and second degree assault of a peace officer.
