(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Old Colorado City will soon be home to an authentic British experience with the Thursday, May 22, opening of Codswallop!, a British-owned eatery featuring fish and chips, British pasties, sausage rolls, and scotch eggs.
Codswallop! will be the first of two British food joints opening in the Colorado Springs area by Brit Food Group LLC., which is co-owned by a familiar face – former FOX21 Loving Living Local Co-host, Nova.
Brit Food Group’s flagship will be The Brit Pub, which is scheduled to open in August or September and will take center stage at the new Epicenter by Weidner complex, overlooking Weidner Field, home of the Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC.
Codswallop!, located at 3102 West Colorado Avenue, will be open seven days a week, starting at 12 p.m. on Thursday.
