(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Autistic Wings Dance Company held its first major fundraiser, “Par-Tee for Autistic Wings,” a charity golf game at Top Golf on Sunday, Nov. 9.
The event was open to golfers of all skill levels and featured a silent auction, delicious food, fun times, and friendly competition. All proceeds from the event will directly support Autistic Wings Dance Company’s mission to provide dance education and performance opportunities to people on the autism spectrum.
“Every dollar we raise will go towards keeping our program affordable for autistic families in the Colorado Springs Area. Because every child deserves a chance to dance,” said Amanda Trisdale, CEO of Autistic Wings Dance Company.
