(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Pikes Peak Regional Building Department (PPRBD) said permits have been issued for a Pizza Ranch location in Colorado Springs.
According to PPRBD, permits were issued to renovate an existing space near North Academy Boulevard and Austin Bluffs Parkway behind the Mi Mexico Restaurant into a Pizza Ranch.
Pizza Ranch was founded in 1981 by Adrie Groeneweg in Hull, Iowa, and has grown to 215 locations across 15 states, including a location in Pueblo. PPRBD said the restaurant is popular for its pizza buffet.
Pizza Ranch’s website states the buffet also features salads, sides, desserts, and chicken.
