(PUEBLO, Colo.) — On Thursday, Oct. 9, the Centennial High School Foundation hosted a re-dedication of a memorial to honor those who served in the military.
The Veterans Wall, which was relocated to the new Centennial building from its former location, was dedicated in 2017. The ceremony rededicated the Veterans Wall at its new location.
The event is to honor all who serve in the armed forces, no matter where they went to school, but the ceremony paid special honor to Drew Dix, a Centennial High School alum who was awarded the Medal of Honor for his actions in Vietnam.
