(COLORADO SPRINGS) — After joining the FOX21 News team in 2016, Evening Anchor Scott Kilbury is saying goodbye to Colorado Springs.
Scott, who is staying in the Nexstar family, is heading to FOX4KC in Kansas City, Missouri.
Scott officially announced his departure from the anchor desk after nine years at FOX21 on Friday evening, Aug. 15. Prior to joining the team in Colorado Springs, Scott anchored the news at WHEC in Rochester, New York, and covered news and sports at KOLD in Tucson, Arizona.
Scott’s vibrant personality and occasional “dad jokes” brought joy to the newsroom, and he will be dearly missed at FOX21. From the anchor desk to filling in on sports and covering community events, Scott has done it all. Did you know he’s fluent in American Sign Language, too?
We wish him all the best on his next adventure!
