(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The annual Cat Fest took place in Colorado Springs on Saturday, July 26, allowing feline fanatics to celebrate their kitty overlords and admire all things purrbaby-related.
There were cat adoption booths, celebrity cats, cat product vendors, cat history buffs, cat crafts, cat costumes, a cat show, and more. Guests had a chance to network with other cat lovers and share what they appreciated about their furry friends.
“I love how silly they are,” said Madeline Fabris, linocut artist. “They’re the most successful hunters, but they just have the goofiest personalities. And they’re so full of personality, too.”
Several people showed off their best cat-cosplay, paying homage to their favorite animal’s impeccable fashion sense.
